The Clintons paid $1.7 million for the residence at 15 Old House Lane in 1999. The home spans 1.1 acres in a 5,232-square-foot. According to land and building documents, they have spent several hundred thousand dollars on upgrades to the property. After Hillary’s defeat in 2016, the Clintons returned to that house. Bill Clinton also recuperated there after health concerns in 2004 and 2010.
