Of course, let us not forget about the guest Michael brought over as well. It was none other than Karen, his mother and the very woman Matthew helped in the past. She could not believe it when she learned about the chance meeting between her son and Officer Matthew Bailly. He helped her during one of the most challenging moments of her life, and she was thankful for his assistance. She could not help but feel emotional upon her arrival at their home.

Without the unexpected turn of events, they would have lived life without meeting each other ever again. They laughed, made plans, and took photos.
