Another Theory
Yet, somehow, another speculation came into in, and it was from Jim, Joshua’s father. Jim was profoundly convinced that the one who was threatening Joshua and Heather was the former guesthouse tenant. In his interview with WXYZ-TV Detroit, Jim even stated, “The gentleman that lived here originally… (jumped) out this window, which is one story down.”

The couples were not anywhere near the truth of the matter, and still had no idea who was hunting around Lily’s room at night. But, they both know what they need to do about the issue. Heather described, “It scares us that it could do something else. It’s not physically just going after her, and it feels like it’s going after myself too… This has made us want to leave as soon as possible. As soon as possible we’re out of here. This is a spirit. I don’t know what its intentions are, but at this point, it’s becoming physically harmful.”
