Kim’s Convenience
This popular Canadian sitcom has come to an end, so say your goodbyes to the Kim family as soon as possible. The show’s producers announced in March that the show, which follows a Korean immigrant family as they establish themselves in Toronto, would end after its fifth season instead of the planned six. The series ended a month after it began. The show’s creators, Ins Choi and Kevin White, have decided to leave to pursue other opportunities. Simu Liu, who rose to fame as a car rental employee and estranged son Jung, will make his Marvel debut in the upcoming superhero film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

Former Cosmopolitan editor-in-chief Joanna Coles serves as an executive producer on The Bold Type, a comedy-drama about three women who work for a New York City fashion magazine. The show was forced to halt production in the middle of season four due to the coronavirus pandemic, and while it was renewed for a fifth season in January 2021, it will also be the show’s final season, airing this year.
