High Maintenance

Before being picked up by HBO in 2016, High Maintenance was a Vimeo web series. The tv series, which follows a pot delivery man (Sinclair) and his Brooklyn customers, was a smash hit. It was dubbed “Law & Order for Millennial Actors” by GQ, and it launched a number of careers. The popular weed show has been canceled after its fifth season. “Co-creators Katja Blichfeld and Ben Sinclair have decided to take a break from producing High Maintenance to pursue other projects,” an HBO representative told TVLine.

Starz’s fantasy drama series, adapted from Neil Gaiman’s novel of the same name, would not be renewed for a fourth season. Despite the strong start, the show’s ratings have fallen over time, according to Deadline, and it ran into trouble in seasons two and three due to cast member departures. An American Gods event series or film is rumored to be in the works. If you like Gaiman’s work in general, you can watch Good Omens on Amazon Prime, and Netflix is working on a television adaptation of his legendary comic series The Sandman.
