Erik Karlsson also has a personal life that you can describe as topsy turvy. The defenceman of the San Jose Sharks has been married two times in the past. In 2013, he parted ways with his first wife Therese. Four years after that, he got married to Melinda Currey. Sadly, things have not always been easy for them. After going through several personal tragedies, they finally welcomed a baby girl in 2019. They have since launched a charity called Can’t Dim My Light. It aims to raise awareness about bullying.
