This resignation letter clearly indicates this person’s readiness to move on, but we wonder what the “F” at the end stands for. Since it was marked out, we only have theories about what it might stand for. The employee is not coming to work the next day, so they might have a “Fever,” or a “Family event” to go to. We do not really know so we cannot confirm if your guess is right.

You know you lost a good one if the person’s resignation letter is color-coordinated. However, when a person does leave the company, you would hope they learned positive things. This guy clearly did not and instead chose to throw everybody else under the bus. The management may be singing “Good Riddance” in unison right now. We don’t think this person was serious about getting that reference, though, but if he was, we think he seriously needs to reconsider his choices in life.
