Just because you have handed in your resignation letter and are moving on to greener pastures does not mean you have to completely cut ties with your former company. The crazy large font size used and the “I QUIT!” in this letter make it clear that this outgoing employee is really looking forward to resigning. However, as far as they are concerned, socializing with former colleagues and bosses is not out of the picture, so they made sure to write that they were coming to the Christmas party.

Sometimes, a card that has been nicely written goes a long way. In addition, a message often seems much more sincere if it is written in a card. When this person decided to write their resignation letter in a card, they picked a really great automated sentence to go with it. However, the irony in this message, as well as the blank space around it, is impossible to ignore. We have a feeling that Alex is not that sorry.
