A revised version of a Norwegian film, Christopher Nolan’s Insomnia focuses Al Pacino and a frightening cast-against-type Robin Williams in a cat-and-mouse, cop-and-killer chase in the ever-lasting sun of Alaska. After watching this thriller, you won’t be able to sleep. A few of the other Alaskan movies are The Proposal, Balto, and The Grey, which shows Liam Neeson fighting a pack of wolves.

The Arizona desert looks so awesome on screen and definitely one of the most entertaining movies to be made. The runners-up in Arizona are, the underestimated 3 Godfathers, Wes Anderson’s whimsical debut Bottle Rocket. Martin Scorsese’s serene Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore and the outstanding, sci-fi It Came From Outer Space.
