Scott Pelley- $7 million

Scott Pelley has been working as a correspondent on CBS’s show “60 minutes” for many years. He first began his career in news radio in Texas; one of his reports in 1985 about Guatemalan refugees first got him noticed by CBS. He was later hired by CBS News in News York City in 1989. From 1997 through 1999 Pelley served as CBS’s Chief White House Correspondent, and after that he went on to work on the new show “60 Minutes II”. Pelley is notable because he was the only news reported to get an interview with George W. Bush following the 9/11 attacks. In 2011, Pelley began working as an editor and news anchor for “CBS Evening News”.

Maria Bartiromo- $6 million

Bartiromo, a journalist and magazine columnist, was born in Brooklyn in 1967. She studied Journalism and Economics at New York University and has written three books to date. After college Bartiromo became an assignment editor for CNN Business News and co-anchored “Closing Bell” for CNBC. Most impressively, Bartiromo was the first reporter to broadcast from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange! Batriromo’s most notable position is her financial news program “Mornings with Maria”, which airs on FBN from 6 am to 9 am. Throughout her career Bartiromo has won multiple journalism awards.
