1947 Julien MM5

Does this car remind anyone else of an insect? France produced this convertible for 2 years starting in 1947. Since there was a shortage of materials at the time, the government had to first approve the car and then free up the necessary parts. The car’s design is awful, and the performance wasn’t much better, often being described as “acceptable at best”.

1965 Peel Trident

Is this thing even legal to drive on the road? This matchbox-like car reminds us of the toys our baby cousins play with, not the type of cars we see on the road. This 3-wheel “vehicle” by Peel Engineering is almost as bad as the company’s P50. Although they are similar, the 1965 Peel Trident has 2 seats, instead of 1.
