For Crosby, it was not difficult to trust and embrace other species. This was clear in the manner that the dog and cat next door grew close to him. The trio has faced up against all manner of antics for almost eight years. However, all of a sudden, his two closest friends disappeared, one after the other. It was excruciating for their owner to lose his two dogs in quick succession. He hasn’t been the only one. Even Crosby was devastated.

Companionship
Pets enjoy love and affection; that is what they value as one of their existence’s purposes. They too get upset when a pet fails this. They feel the grievance almost as much as a person does. It is only reasonable that Crosby would be a little down, but this was not really the justification behind his behavior.
