Sadly, things did not work out for her in the end. In 2013, an out-of-court settlement was handed down to her. It required her to put a disclaimer on the website of the company. She had to take out the “Proven Products” claim on the items. On top of that, she had to pay $130,000. Ouch.
With Jenny Craig Again
In 2014, she joined Jenny Craig once more. This was shocking people since there were rumors that they did not get along as well as they claimed. Leesa Eichberger, the former Chief Marketing Officer talked to Ad Age about it. “Her self-deprecating humor and honesty about her weight set her apart from other spokespeople.
