Soon enough, Karen learned that there was not a lot of time to spare. It was a good thing that Poe Place was not that far from the grocery store, so she made it home without a problem. For the entire drive, she tightly linked her legs and tried to breathe through the pain. Her son Tarek was scared to see her in so much pain and felt helpless that he could not help her. Luckily, his dad was waiting for them at the home and ready to help out.

As soon as they returned home, Bobby rushed to them to help out his expectant wife. He picked up Karen and brought her inside so that she could rest more comfortable. Aside from that, he called her doctor and 911 to ensure she was taken care of. He found out that it was an urgent situation, but there was not enough time to make it to the hospital. They needed professional help as soon as possible.
