So what is her secret to taking off the weight? She follows a clean diet. She doesn’t consume meat, sweets, alcohol, cheese, fried foods or wheat products.

She works out five times a week. She loves boxing, using the treadmill and elliptical machine and of course lifting weights. She also does stair climbing at home when she doesn’t have time to go to the gym.
