He Needed Answers
It bothered Miller. He wanted to figure out what his dog was doing wrong. He got up early in the morning and went to the closest supermarket. He aimed to carry home a night vision mounted gadget! Before returning to work, he went home to drop it off. When he got back, Miller did not glance at the video, determined to do so the next day so that it could catch some more footage. He just needed to figure out what was happening to his cat!

Miller discovered when he actually saw the video that much of the time, Crosby did not behave the same way. It seemed like when Miller was closer. The dog just went up to the wall! It sounded as though the animal was attempting to convey some form of response.
