She eats lots of fresh produce, nuts, granola, lentils, and soups. She even has her famous husband following the diet. Beyoncé burns a lot of calories when she performs, and usually does circuit and strength training daily.

Nicole Richie is as slim as ever. She practices portion control and tries to eat 1,200 calories a day or less. She focuses on omega-3’s, proteins and vitamins. She eats wholesome foods like grilled chicken, brown rice, vegetables and some fruit.
She also does juice which she has stated clears both her mind and body. Additionally, she trains regularly and likes to change it up. She dances runs, uses elliptical machines and does weight lifting.
