This diet requires Khloe to eat 7 meals a day of mostly vegetables, fruit and fatty fish.
For breakfast, she usually has a whey protein shake with almond butter. She snacks on fruit throughout the day, and tries to stay hydrated. She avoids dairy, soda, whole wheat bread, juice, and soy products. Khloe works out about 5 times a week and does spinning, hot yoga, and circuit training.
